By Government Resolution No. 150, B. Eren-Ulzii—who had been serving as the Acting State Secretary of the Ministry of Energy—has been officially appointed to the position of State Secretary.
Minister of Energy B. Choijilsuren congratulated him and wished success in carrying out his duties, noting in his remarks that Eren-Ulzii is a highly skilled public servant who has advanced through the merit-based civil service system. He highlighted his strong professional background, extensive experience in public administration, and ability to deliver on the Government’s strategic objectives—qualities he has demonstrated since beginning his government career in 2004.
Background of B. Batmunkh Eren-Ulzii, Newly Appointed State Secretary:
- He graduated from Arvaikheer City’s 10-year School No. 3 of Övörkhangai Province in 1998.
- In 2003, he completed his bachelor’s degree in Electrical System Automation Engineering at the School of Energy Engineering, Mongolian University of Science and Technology.
- In 2014, he earned a master’s degree in Energy Policy and Planning from the University of Technology Sydney, Australia.
