
The regular meeting of the Joint Working Group was held on November 4, 2025, in the meeting hall of the Ministry of Energy. The meeting was chaired by the head of the working group, B. Eren-Ulzii, State Secretary of the Ministry of Energy, and T. Davaadalai, First Deputy Governor of the Capital City in charge of Economic Infrastructure.
During this meeting, the working group reviewed a total of 20 issues related to electricity and heating infrastructure, including the identification of sites for decentralized heat sources, electrical substations, transmission networks, preparation of design and technical documentation, and decisions on required investments. Relevant organizations were assigned tasks and directives accordingly.
This joint working group meeting is significant not only for improving the reliability and accessibility of the energy supply in the capital city, but also for ensuring that ongoing infrastructure projects are coordinated and implemented without causing unnecessary damage to roads, green areas, and public spaces.
